Cargo still runs on phone calls, WhatsApp threads and spreadsheets — an industry where most of the operational knowledge lives in people's heads.
We built three connected pieces: a customer booking portal for quotes, bookings and shipment tracking; an operations panel for dispatch, status updates and documents; and a CRM that tracks every customer, lead and follow-up.
